RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with the product, please advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@theblossomstories.nz. You can return the product in original condition within 7 days of received item for an exchange or full refund. Please note, no returns are available for items purchased on sale, or at a discounted price, these sales are final. We endeavour to process all garment returns and faulty items upon arrival.

- We do offer refunds for change of mind, however our returns process must be followed or packages will be returned to sender.
- Approval must be gained by our team at hello@theblossomstories.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- For hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept any garments that have been worn, are unclean or returned in a soiled condition. We strongly recommend trying items over underwear until you have decided to keep your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed as faulty. We strongly suggest a traceable shipping method when returning items.
- We can only process a refund back onto the original debit/credit card used.
- To exchange an alternative item please follow our returns procedure for a full refund and then place a new order through the-blossom-stories.com. Please note, sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
- For ease of processing no returns will be accepted if our team at hello@theblossomstories.nz have not been notified, we reserve the right to return to sender any packages that have not gained approval prior.
- We are unable to refund any duties or taxes, we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you wish to claim back taxes and duties on returned orders.

How to return an item
- Within 48 hours of receiving your item please notify us of your intent to return on hello@theblossomstories.nz
- Complete the form HERE before sending your order back to us.
- Item(s) are sent back within 7 days of received product to The Blossom Stories at the customers cost using a traceable shipping method. Until your return is received by The Blossom Stories it is your responsibility.
- All items are assessed at the-blossom-stories.com to ensure our returns standards are met prior to sending out an exchange and or issuing a refund
Faulty Garments
- If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty please contact our team within 48 hours of the item arriving at hello@theblossomstories.nz
- All faulty items are assessed here at The Blossom Stories prior to a repair, exchange or refund being issued.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the garment in question in the first instance.
- Please note, we do not accept, exchange or refund items for general wear and tear or mis-use, our team will assess each return individually.
- We strongly urge you to follow carefully all washing and care instructions.
